ive seen a guy dropping millions of dollars, so there must be a glitch or hack of some sort....

There is no way that you can. Either the person was an admin and he dropped it or someone plays a lot and had a million they could drop.

There's no way you could, without changing server side variables but that's a vac ban unless you're allowed to (e.i admin, super admin, owner)

People probably used a dupe exploit to spawn money but that's blocked on most servers.
