will send a new email and allow you to reset your password. (NOTE: only
valid emails will work AND the email must be associated with the account

Furthermore because of the gratuitous amounts of EURO that was
accumulated because of this we have gone ahead and stripped the account
of all EURO items and Euro all together.
There is no way to appeal the removal of the Euro and Euro items as we
see it as a fair compromise as opposed to a permanent ban on the
account.
Any further infractions will result in a permanent ban of the account.
IF you had cash items please be patient as we are working on a fix, so
please stay tuned.

That's because it is automate. They built a script, like when you had 5 or more Anaconda then it will ban you automatically.

seems they changed their minds! in another account that got banned too they send another message saying they will get basic items to the account and more stuff depending on the accounts age!! ( huh?!!)
and another thing is - no AP or Gcoin guns will be given back!!!
