How big is it? Try to keep it under 100kB.
Did you reduce the size by 50%(or so) while converting it into a targa file?

Hello, i can't see my skin.
Here is a picture of my directory :

As you can see, my file is 171ko big, which means 1400 kB and you say i have to have a 100kB file

Would it be possible to change the other player's skins? (client side) to a bright pink/yellow? Something that really stands out from far away?

That would be a texture hack, and I'm not sure whether or not it would be possible as I haven't really looked into the game files etc much.

Well it is possible right now to simply delete whole texture files (plants,buildings), and join servers. Editing player textures doesn't sound too far fetched. Then again, I know absolutely zero about this stuff, just throwing ideas out there.

Most servers now verify signatures, so very unlikely that you can change anything anymore.

There is a template out there somewhere as well. You could pretty much make any skin you can imagine
