sometimes it happens to me... but its not a mental condition its just that ur thinking to much in something/ affraid of something or... idk but an exemple situation would be: tomorrow there's a big exam, u didnt study well or you overstudied and still affraid of failing, u want to sleep, ur affraid, ur affraid of not sleeping well and wont focus the next day, still awake and it's 2:00 am, you panic,and then sleep at 4:00am and go normal to ur exam and you do good... it happens to me all the time... didnt fail anytime tho...
