You can execute anything using it.
You are literally changing the way script is written during programs runtime.
If you weren't lazy, you could simply pack up your whole script into a single line and paste that script like a regulat player addweapon function call.

But there are function calls that will get you banned, as regular dayz client doesn't call these functions by default, so these calls are easy to indentify as "hacking" function calls, which will result in a ban.

If you were to code a script that uses only functions that regular dayz client has access to, then you can easily execute it using that method...although it'll be little bothersome.

so could i spawn a ammobox with it or is it restricted and i ll risk a ban?

I can't tell.
There is no way for me to know which function calls are being detected as malicious ones by Battleye.

My suggestion would be: Join a cracked server with cracked cd-key, test out what works and what doesn't and then start using these things on official servers.
There are many cracked servers that DO have battleye with latest versions, so they'll reflect the functionality of official servers.

I wouldn't risk it if i were you.

It's all about: How far are you willing to go, when it's related to getting your cd-keys (that you paid money for) banned.

hm, when i add a whole package of items it doesnt works for me

I'm thinking of an application that would take Cheat Engine out of the equation and which would have donors own name hardcoded into it.
Person would decide himself if he would release it or not.

Does battleeye seriously not detect cheat engine, or am I missing something?

you close cheat engine before going online, so battleye is not activated, however when I try to do it now it says im kicked for the script when im using the same one and the same server as 10 minutes ago

Collabtive, make sure that you don't paste multiple lines after that last semicolon.
If you didn't then you probably have a type somewhere, a missing semicolon or you're trying to add an item that doesn't exist.

Long story short, if it doesn't work, you have an script related error somewhere.

Rtstruma, i don't know what might be the issue.
It might be possible that they are checking integrity of the scripts now, which doesn't seem very plausible as new BattleEye update hasn't been released meanwhile.

Can't help with identifiying the problem as i need to get my hands on a legit key first.

Also anyone who gets any kind of "GameHack" errors: "You forgot to close your Cheat Engine before you connected to a server".

Also this does work on private hive servers as far as i know but there might indeed be some kind of medicine against it on some servers.

I tried adding the "sniper pack" that you posted to the end of mine and it doesn't do anything when i hit G :/ any ideas?

Check to see if there are any syntax errors.
Also, when you press G, nothing will appear but your gear has been added. Restart the game to see the effect.

Lies, restarted the game twice to no avail.
