b)someone stole ur account
c)ur using wrong log in data

writte a ticket to aeria and tell them you cant log in, if they respond with a phrase like;"Dear blabla, we are sorry but ur acc has been terminated due the usage of third-party programs(hax) and cant be restored"

dont be sullen, make a new account, make sure ur S/D+win lose ratio dont surpass x2 in the beginner channel, dont buy any weapon until staff srgt 3, then buy famas mk3+Blazor OR tpg and a good pointman and violá, you got another account which is good enough to play with

Here's the BEST way to check and see if your banned. All you have to do is open internet explorer and type this in your address bar:

"https://www.aeriagames.com/user/yourusernamehere"

Where it says yourusernamehere, type in your Aeria Games username. NOT YOUR AVA USERNAME. Now press enter. If it says that you are not authorized to view the page (or something like that) then you are banned.
If you are able to see your profile, then someone hacked onto your account or your just typing in the wrong information.
