It is a MPGH rule that you MUST use MM with every trade. If you refuse you are on blacklist and banned from trading, if you try to trade then it is auto IP ban.

Only msn, but you can use ebuddy.com or hotmail.com instead of downloading MSN so there is no excuse not to use MM.
