    Angry MPGH PUBLIC HACK PROBLEM

    Well i recently downloaded it but then i extract it to a folder i cant find the dll file that was there its not there i have windows vista. Now when i try to open the program it says could not find dll and i cant either but when i go to winrar i see that the dll file is in there but not in the folder i extracted it to.
