Alright I just want to share a few tips

1. Its illegal

2. Jagex can and will find you if you use a webclient download client more safe

3. Not everything in a rsps is illegal only client and cache server is not it is not made by Jagex

4. If you get caught Jagex will threatin to sue you if you dont shutdown

5. If your downloaded client or webclient get too many players you will be sued by Jagex like ******scape.

6. If Jagex find your I.P. or someone tell them about your Private Server then it become Legal issue

7. Also if you think a 317 is safe and they wont care your wrong it is still their copyright for another 50 yrs because U.K. copyrights last that long.

Im not stopping anybody just telling you all to play it safe!

8. 15% of the users use their real runescape inlog and pass, easy way to 'hack' accounts and get money and items. Sell it for real life currency.

Jagex doesn't do shit about copyright.

Well it is your decision and Jagex would and extract you from the United States to face illegal copyright infringment. Also yes they take their copyright very seriously even if it a 317. There was hmm lets see ******scape got sued Moparscape Dragonzscape and they where all 317's think about it. Also it takes 50 years for a copyright to expire in the United Kingdom so 317's are still protected.
