I got global banned on dayz

So after spawning in some vehicles i got global banned. Idk if it was because i spawned a vehicle because when i spawned weapons and ammo crates nothing happened to me but whatever. Im here to ask you guys how can I do to rebuy OA and install it to play it again. I know I only have to buy OA but idk if i have like to delete the OA folder and redownload it from a new steam ID or what. Plz help since i want to be able to play dayz with my friedn some more

Make a new steam account.
Buy ArmA II OA on that account
Download & Install.

Play.

Alternatively you can just buy a new CD-Key and replace your current one. Threads on here cover it just search around.
