    is it possible to play this with a 2.8 ghz processor and an ati radeon hd 7770? if so how many frames do you think i could get?

    Really depends on the processor, just because the clock speed is high or low doesnt mean its fast or slow, rather than for its generation its faster or slower. Like an i5-2500k is 3.3Ghz and So is an i3, they are not really equal in performance. 7770 will net you medium settings @ 1920x1080p for 60~ fps
