Yes i meant Cheat Engine a.k.a CE. I know how to do it. But it requires special Hex codes not something like 'SILVIAS15'

hey is there is a way through which i can get permanent car with art money for example i have a lambo lp 650-4 roadster but i dont the body of the car because there i no roof on the top so i changed car to lambo lp640 with art money and i want this permanet is there is any way to do that
