Lag on GTA IV

Hello guys, before i start telling you my problems here's my rig;
Intel i5 2500k Overclocked at 4.2GHz - Cooling Unit: Corsair H100
Gigabyte GeForce 670 Windforce - Running at 302.42 WHQL Driver
Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB 1600MHz
OCZ Agility 3 120GB SSD
Asus Maximus IV GENE-Z
Cooler Master HAF-X 942 Case
Windows 7 x64

I have set the ingame graphic settings to high as possible.(Resolution 1920x1080, All set to very high, View Distance 45, Detail Distance 65, Shadow Density 3)Game is running at 35-45 FPS I'm using iCEnhancer 2.1 Final and Game is running at 1.0.4.0 Patch. Game is installed on the SSD. Texture loss happens randomly.
So my question is: Is this something normal or extraordinary? If it is extraordinary, what is required to fix it?

Normal, usually. Idk about everyone else, but when ever i start a new high detailed game; it lags a bit. It fixes it self . Nothing to worry. unless it continues on..

It's not your fault.
The game has poor optimization.
Lots of people lag even with the greatest of video cards.
Even I have it.
I have i7 2600k + GTX 580 and I lag.

Well thanks for the information. I'm changing prefix of this thread now Well looks like i can't. But it's Solved.
