Duke Nukem Forever wasn't a bad game, it just sucked huge cock compared to it's predecessors.

And yeah, you do have to play an entire game to truly judge it. What made you think otherwise? You could have had a bad round, there could have been some weird glitch going on, you may have been against hackers, you may not have invested time in upgrading your weapons properly. Lots of things could happen in two rounds, you could just be really unlucky.

Judging a whole game based off of two rounds is dumb.

Saying you have to play an entire game to fully judge it is just ridiculous. Who said I was "truly judging" it, I gave it a fair verdict based on what I know of the CS series and that individual play session. "Truly judging" something is utter bullshit. That would require reaching max levels in MMORPGs beating every boss and all that crap, how the hell would you even judge a MOBA, become the greatest player on it before you can have an opinion? Yeah, OK, have fun with that. Who said I didn't like it because I was doing crappily. For a guy who almost never plays shooters, I generally average a .8:1 KDR without any practice which is what I approximately did If I remember correctly.

Reskinning a game and adding basically a DLC pack to it doesn't justify it's price, even if I had it for free I wouldn't play it. I would however play BF3 which actually adds new dimensions to games rather than repackaging a has been game and selling it.
