There is no need to blur out the IP addresses since they are local, no one can use them.

Also, you need to make sure that you portforward the correct IP that your router has given your computer. To do that you need to open CMD and type "ipconfig". Then you will see this:


You have to put the numbers your CMD will give you where i marked in green in, the IP address field when you port forward.

For CoD it is actually normally enough to enable UPnP.

Everything seems fine expect, as Jorndel said, I am not sure if "Virtual Servers" is your systems term for port forwarding, I'm not sure it is the same.
