Hack Origin Account

Hey guys,my friend's Origin Account got hacked yesterday,and I wish if is there anyway to hack account back because the EA Customer Support said is nothing they can do.
Is there a way?
If someone want to help me I can prove that account is of my friend with alot of informations.

Pictures of ID's, credit cards that were used for online purchases, pictures of BF3 + the serial code would be great. I can't see the Customer Support saying there is nothing they can do unless your friend has absolutely no way to prove the account is his.

He didn't remember the DoB wich he used on that account and is the only way to check if the account is his account.
This is crap,just date of birth for verification
