    I would like someone to explain me something...

    How can i become member of usergroups(for ex:cocksucker,****** etc)?Furthermore,my reput is -3.How can i change it(increase it)?

    You can't 'enlist' for a certain usergroup: members are picked for usergroups if deserved.
    As for the reputation, you can't change it but others can give you (positive) reputation if you're helpful/contributing etc.

    Some of those "usergroups" are just people with custom image titles. You can get this when you reach 1337 posts.
