Well it had to be trigger'd by SOMETHING. Eather the early cash hack or GMZ trainer... who knows. Or maybe people were stupid and using hydraulics in public and things like that

Nobody gives a F*ck if you bought speedboost or not get on with it.
If you use hydraulics or shit like that it's your fault.
Or if you use speedhacks or tank mode against legit players.
