Pm/Post your skype name, I'll try and help you out.
OK, be fore you say Google it, i have I've been searching though this for 2 days and still no luck.
I was going to test something so i switched to a banned key. Ran the program did what i thought. (took my useless key)
Now when i try to change my key (I've system restored) Raiin's hex cd key changer and all other cd key changers gave the error:
Application attempted to perform an operation not allowed by the security policy. (yes, i ran as admin)
I've scanned my computer with multiple anti-malware programs, and didn't find a single one.
Has anyone found a fix for this yet instead of reformatting your computer?
Have you checked the permissions of the ARMA2OA folder in the registry? some people have Set Value on Deny for Administrators to stop steam from changing your CD-Key (Also stops you from changing it, until you change the permission back).

The program must have locked your registry, I'm planning to add a unlock registry feature to my key changer in the future.
