Tobi persuaded sasuke to come to tobi's side... Sasuke has eternal because of tobi, is still alive because of tobi. IF you think that he'll betray tobi, its plain stupid. ALL sasuke wants to do is avenge his brother by destroing konoha.

Guess you skipped over the episode\chapter where Sasuke told Karin, Jugo, and Suigestsu that HE would be that one that used Akatsuki?

Why did sasuke make his gang, tell me?
To destroy Konoha or sumit (correct me if Im wrong) he's using akatsuki now to find a open opportunity. Sasuke WON'T kill Tobi only if Tobi tries to do something him.

Actually he made his "gang" to hunt down and kill Itachi. He probably won't KILL Tobi at this point, but he has no allegiance to him in the slightest either.

We're not 100% sure about that either. Remember, last time we saw him he was saying: "What is clan? What is village?" and him and Orochimaru left to talk to "the one who knows all".
