Which client are you using?

Is it "AutoAim + NoAlly"? If it is, then you will need to re-download it.

Just to check, you are making sure to press "I" to turn it on/off (you have to do it every time you enter a new area (e.g. nexus, realm, dungeon))

I'm using the AutoAim + NoAlly + AutoNexus atm. I tried pressing I and nothing seems to happen.
Also I'm using the Adobe Flash Player.

Did you re-map auto-shoot? Then Auto-aim will change to that key (I think).
