close your router 6 hours open again and wola diffrent ip should work.

not really my WAN ip is static and my provider refuses to make it dynamic (the assholes). i was hoping for something like hotspotshield(wich was patched by sa-mp)

Step 1: Call your internet provider
Step 2: When they answer demand for a ip change
Step 3: If they don't give you a ip reset say threaten to change service providers
Step 4: If they don't change ip switch service providers
