stop lag plz help

lately ive been laging too much n i did the task manager thing n the cleanig my computer wit disk clean n defrsg thing also i have my antivirues off whenever i play it can any help and my freind told me about the firelag.raw file does anyone know wats this

Dont advertise. Also, Do you use vista? Thats the cause of all problems.

lol is there something wrong with vista? i use it and i lag like hell.
an alternative solution would be to take out textures and play in small games. the max i play in is 3 on 3 unless its knife fight XD

yea i use vista n i put it compatibilty to windows xp service pack 2 it worked allitle i gusse

just take off texture and upgrade internet if you can
