    15 year old kills girl and gets 1 year jail

    Okay what the fuck is wrong with our Dutch system?

    Jinhua K. stabbed Joyce ‘Winsie’ Hau in the neck. On January 14th, he travelled from Capellen a/d IJssel all the way to Arnhem to kill her.
    K. didn't even KNEW the girl, as he only did what he was said to do from others through social media (e.g. Facebook). This is the so-called 'Facebook murder'.
    After the incident, the court gave the boy 1 year jail.
    So if he's 16 he'll be free again. As the father or mother of the girl, I'd be outraged of how less jailtime he gets. He took someone's life!

    What is your opinion about this matter? Should he get more jailtime, or is 1 year enough?
