North Korea is a threat, in a way. If NK make a nuclear weapon and launch it at South Korea, is that not a threat? And what about Japan?

I disagree North korea is a threat. Any country with a dictatorship is a threat because a leader who does not treat people humanely is threat to the entire world.

I have to disagree loko. There were, and are, plenty of dictators who treat their countrymen just fine. The thing is, corrupt democracies generally harm their citizens more than valid dictatorships. Dictatorship allows for decisive movements, and as long as the citizens can accept that, its just fine. The problem is that Korea failed its implementation of Socialism and Dictatorship, leaving it one of the last standing truly Socialist countries, and, though I'm sure it will fall, it will still fall. For once, I can not declare this thread a phail, nor can I declare even this section a phail, because North Korea is phail.

Back on subject.

I think that North Korea is most definitely a threat. They have literally been threatening us for a very, very long time, and the fact that you can only bring up missiles and their failure doesn't mean anything.

DEmocracy has failed, if you look at the US right now they are in a recession/ border depression, they even elected a black man for president. They control so much of the market that they drag us down with them, therefore NK is a threat because they threaten the US and the US has alot of power and influence in the world, but i think the biggest threat is the US, they make all other nations fear them and do not allow nations to govern themselves.

Think of North Korea as the one kid that always wants to be apart of everything, China as the kid thats always nice to him, Russia, the kid that wants to beat the living shit out of him, US, the cool kid that just ignores him. Actually, that does not make sense. Also, how dare you disrespect both the killer and the victim families to a whole different topic. The killer is from South Korea, not North Korea and NK is a threat to many nations. It is a threat to South Korea, the still warring enemy, who have American based on there. Japan is also a a threat, another common enemy. China is actually telling North Korea to chill out then be nice to him.
