u dont have to be in tech college to learn how to make stuff its pretty simple get some books from the library and start with hacking minesweeper and work your way up from there

Well, in a Tech college you learn faster, but yea, there are other colleges or whatever you call it that can help with "Tech".

well actually most of those hacks do work People just don't know how to get them to work. I have tried 5 hacks in the past 3 days and 3 of them worked, And I am currently using one of those hacks right now its only V jump no spread and windowed mode but its better then nothing.
