Yes there is GIMP and Paintshop both in my opinion suck i like photoshop way more

ok thanks for the info. currently i use Microsoft Digital image suite for my images but I'll switch to photoshop after im finished upgrading my pc

This is really, one of your best.
Over-sharpened, but that doesn't matter.
Try to blend in the render a bit more.
7/10, mate.
