Yes, you only get banned from MW3. All other games on your Steam acc will still be available.

There's loads of extremely cheap key sites out there, most can be trusted. As for playing while banned, you should be able to get a private match going and invite your friends (if you're VAC banned). Just set up some hooks on IsClientVACBanned or whatever the function was; you might be able to find it in exports. Might be something else you have to do too, I just woke up. But if you're DW banned (banned manually by IW staff), there's not much you can do.

On the other hand, the best you can do (if you still want to play without having to pay for a new code) Is find something like AlterIWnet but for MW3. I'm pretty sure they exist.

yes they exist. No you cant get unbanned on steam.
