Buying a key on a website

I want to buy a key on this website :
ARMA 2: Operation Arrowhead CD-Key

But can i use with steam ? or a key changer ?

(don't ask me why i don't buy 3$, that's not for me, and i already by 2 key from a guy on this forum)

You need a Key Changer and if you have the game on steam you may not start it, because it will override the new key.

Another question, it's a russian version, i saw that after paiment () ans it says this only work with russian version of the game !
Can i use it anymore or not with my french steam version ? (if not i will ask for a refund)

Yes, you should be available to change the key no matter the language.

The seller tell me that the game will not work with an non-russian version.
I will re-buy the game trought steam
