My step 1.ALT+TAB 2.F1 3.Choose Car 4.F1 5.Go Safehouse 6. Go away Safehouse , but my car no change....
I'm come form Taiwan's child ...so my english is not so good...sorry

I've not tried this yet but from what i understand this is how its done.

Load up NFSW & Login
Wait for game to load and select a driver.
Then while in free roam Alt + Tab to get back to desktop.
Locate the Car Changer.
Right click on the icon and run as admin.
Select car and press F1 or Press F1 and then select car.
Now go back into the game and return to your safe house.

Now you should be done, Hope this helped.
If not i will try the program myself later and report back.

It works, and thats how it worked for me. Free roam, select car, go to garage, then back to free roam.

lolol i tried every possible solution i can think of i tried running NFSW and Car Changer on admin, doesnt work, i tried pressing f1 in free roam then selecting the cinque and going then entering and leaving the safehouse, doesnt work, i tried spamming the f1 button WHILE entering and leaving the safehouse still doesnt work, i guess its just me, Maybe its a sign that i will never be able to test the cars i want T_T...

Try this: change the game to window mode with a resolution of 800x600, that works for me

nope still doesnt work, i dont really think resolution has anything to do with car changer not working, i might be wrong though...

well it wasnt working for me in full mode, when i change to window mode it worked great.

can other players see the car?

no. other player still see ur original car.. but u can got speed with cars hack.. window 7 try use administrator.. right click properties = compability = run administrator and xp sp 3 / right click run administrartor
