I want to edit a DSR file (infected on teknogods) and i need some help

i would like to edit teknogods infected file, i know how to use notepad and i have been reading as much as possible,
i would like to change guns, etc.
but there are a lot of different things in the file so..
i need help: is there a tool i can use to edit it, or a video?
can you point me to it?
