How can I make a link in a word?

like if I type : Hello and that means if you press on Hello you will go to a link.
help pleasee

Click 'Go Advanced' at the bottom right corner;
Type the word/sentence to show;
Select it;
Click the Globe icon (link) and paste the destination link.

Or you can do it manually: [URL= "InsertLinkHere"]InsertTextHere[/ URL]

Without the spaces obviously, and without the "insert link here" and "insert text here".
