Should Ricardo be kept as a mod?

He became an emergency moderator, and I said when the staff chooses for real, he will either get the boot or stay. I won't pretend that I actually pay attention what goes on in this section, so the question is does Ricardo do his job well?

If someone doesn't want to publicly not support you, they wouldn't post.
