where u need a dns flusher for is when u use real bad bad.... hacks to not ip ban u, its easyer than ip un-ban

Hello guys this is my first work with a Hack/Cheat:

My IP changer change you somewhere to the USA.
Goodluck with it Hope it will work tested on 5 computers all worked.

I don't want to be a dick but the batch file isn't really a hack, and it probably wont change your IP.

Flushing your DNS cache is equivalent to restarting your computer (or turning it off for a couple days), which is why...

The ipconfig release & renew commands won't do anything either unless your ISP is assigning you a dynamic IP address (even then I doubt that your IP will change). For most people, getting around an ip ban will take more than typing 2 or 3 lines into a command prompt.
