You only need to read very well what MasterGlitcher says there...

It works with me... VJ (Ctrl + Q), No fog (Num pad - 7) and Full Bright (Num Pad - 8)

Chams are ok too but ONLY for ONE game and if you dont turn them off in the final of the game...you will get DC. I dont use it but i think it is Num pad 1, 2 & 3.
