PROBLEM| Help please!!!

Im having trouble with my BF heroes!!
il put the steps then::
1.I go to page and start the game from PLAY NOW button!
2.Game almost starts *black screen comes*
3.Then my PC restarts~!!!!!
4.WTF???

Hi there, has it usually been working? you could just restart your computer , enter the BIOS and go start from last known good config. also it might be your computer over-heating.

Aww... Umm im sure its not overheating or anything but im 13 and i really dont know about BIOS and stuff But il talk to my dad and will see??
