I honestly have no clue how to help you with your problem BUT is this occurring with which type of file? PC,360,PS3?

With that error code it very likely he's trying it with a PS3 save as the SaveGame.sav can't be extracted out of it unlike the the 360 saves.

Well, he needs a extractor that works with the PS3 because PS3 save files have WAY better security.

Aww I get no BFF? Also Coro copy what I said before. To make Orchid type itmes (dlc items) you need to set the Set ID Value to 1,this can be done by using a dropped weapon/skin/head and copy/pasting it to the editor then manually edit it from there.

That means your extractor isnt extracing your save file correctly so the editor cant correct read it.
