I personally game whenever I can't do shit with friends. Just make sure that you try doing stuff with friends, dont prioritize gaming. Sure, sometimes I'm an entire day just gaming because all my friends are gone on vacation, but I would actually go and meet with friends if they were there

Well guys here is my story i am in 11th grade and i play videos games and watch cartoons and animes 5-7 hours per day and my parents always yell me to stop playing games and watching animes and cartoons because these things are for kids... And from getting into gaming stuff my grade had gone really down i get D in most of my subjects since i get in gaming stuff before that i was getting b-c grades and now they start getting really worried about me and i dont go outside and i stay in home and i have few good friends and i am virgo so i am shy person and want to stay out of crowed places and these 2 years are really important for my studies if am not able to achive good marks in these 2 years then i cant get admission in good universties :/ but gaming is like adiction no matter what i do and i cant stop gaming >.< i am playing video games since i was 3 year old and my first game was mario and i played it on device in which we have to insert a box type disk in the keyboard..... :/ i am really confused and i just Cant stop gaming and i cant focus on studies guys just how i change my self >.<

I'm not a virgin, have an active social life and do well in school. Want to know how? It's quite simple really. Stop making fucking excuses. Start DOING your fucking homework, your academic life takes first priority over everything at this age. Don't say you'll do your homework after you finish a game, just get off your ass and do it. I've got friends the same age as you and I that have overcome a speed addiction, and you're here complaining about your addiction to video games? Seriously? If you can't find the ounce of motivation required to not absolutely fuck up your life by not passing highschool then you have some sort of psychological condition. Get checked for ADD.

-Stop pretending video games and anime are a real problem. Toughen up.
-Do your homework. Study. Submit 2-3 drafts on all assignments.
-Make friends (I have a feeling you don't have many real life friends). Get a social life. Communicate regularly in person.
-Pushups and jogging. Jogging especially burns cortisol, a chemical responsible for stress. Balance your school, exercise and social life with your stupid games.
-Get a job if you think you can handle it. Holy shit, do this and your life might go somewhere. Save up some money for university. Make a budget.
