You don't have to request removal... Just report the post if it's problematic. That's the point of the report system, you describe what the issue is and we'll see what we can do. Also don't get involved with the post, simply report it and do nothing more. When you flame him/her you're provoking them to flame you more. They won't shut up if you flame them back.
