Question: Could Hacked Clients Prompt User For Version?

is there a way to prompt the user of a hacked client for the version # so updates are NOT always a necessary part of each new release?

Nope. Not really. Because there server will recognize that your client is not a recent nexus version. I dont know what i just said but its a no.

Hex editing does not always work. It does on some updates, but none of the new content would show up for you. And if you did run into the new content, it would D/C you.

Hex editing with Yogda is really simple, try it on one of the older clients and see for yourself
