How to make a bot using Le bot

I am not expert in making bots , i understood everything expect the following :
1.Set Delay : how to use it (when and the number ex.3000 or 2000) and why ?
2.Move to cell (still confusing to me for ex. i want to fight 4 monsters in Pirate location the first 2 monsters are in the first area in pirates and the other 2 monsters in the 2nd area i want to fight these monsters and return back again to the first area , how can i know the pad and the cell of this areas in pirates ?
3.Move to : How to use it moving up down right and left its all numbers , how you can make direction ?
4.Get Map item : Like what ?
