- Your key will always get checked before handed over to make sure that it isn't in use.
- If I'm unable to deliver the key 15 min. after payment, you're eligible to request a refund but if you do this, you won't receive your key.

You seem like a nice guy trying to start a buisness.
Like the minute before giving your key test it again, if its not in use give it to them.
This is how you are sure they don't scam you instead.

Next thing: if a key gets banned within 48 hours(Global ban only!) you should replace it.
PS: Ask for a picture of the globalban since you want proof!

Global ban i completely understand you get something that doesn't work.

But there are no agreements or policys so it isn't even officially that you should get replacement in use. The key itself works.

I do agree to become big or famous you need to replace it, but its not a must.

Agreed with your second sentence, first one doesn't make any sense and it also is something completely different.
More possible: Here is my $5000, now give me my STOLEN car that someone else also uses sometimes.

It's fking 2 bugs, it is not because its going to ruin us, but it's the way he pisses us off. AT least offer refund, or offer 1hr guarantee.
