Can I get some help from whoever can supply it?..

I have downloaded the CA Pub. Hack...
I have put the "MCAPUBHACK.asi","Instructions.txt", and "settings.ini" files in the following location..
C:\Nexon\Combat Arms
And I have also entered my username and password in the "settings.ini" file..
username=Shiito
password=***********
(I Replaced "*" with actual password.)
I closed that window down...
i started Combat Arms...
I Pressed "Start Game"
It was starting..
A New Window appeared which led me directly to "www.MPGH.net"
I Waited..
It Switched back to Combat Arms...
(Nothing appeared in the bottom right...)
I Loged In To Combat Arms..
I Went Into A Game..
Pressed "Delete"
Nothing appeared..
Shot A Few Bullets..
No Hacks Were On..
I Logged Off Of Combat Arms And Closed It.
I Reopened Combat Arms And Tried Again..
And Again..
And Again..
Still The Same Thing 8 Times..
Is This Normal?
Should I Move The Files Some More?
Delete Some Other File?
Help Me?
