Unless you're host, this won't work but....im guessing it might be possible. Maybe make them time out.
I have thought about it awhile.
There must be a certain address / value that can drop the connection to a player or causes a time overflow/crash without a Console-Command.

Using magic number to force host might work but you would need client ID so pretty hard to do as I do not think you can extract client ID so you can therefore only end the game so all are booted.
To find the client's ID is pretty easy :P

There could be a "connection-status" address for a certain PlayerID. Change it to "0" => MW3 terminates the connection.

Do you know some bugs, that crashes the game or disconnect with an error?
There could be a way to edit some client related information that causes an error due to invalidity.

Dig around in the ClientInfo_T or Entity_T structures and see...
Use IPSec to block IP addresses (its what MW2/MW3SA use to block players). As for finding IPs, that's up to you to find. I'm not going to spoonfeed everything.

Try windowed mode, and use Wireshark to check incoming connections, but it won't tell you who is who. so just pick one you think is that person, and boot them.
Would be difficult, you won't know who is who from just the IP addresses. You'll have to find a way to get the names corresponding with the IP, but that's for you to figure out.

Client Id is very easy as host, thought it would be more difficult if you not host but I never tried it
I use magic number to force the end game, very similar to hooch's hack, I have got some very strange results using magic number as I do not totally understand its function, I have been invisible, under map, over map and all sorts of weird stuff while not host.
