about free funds

hello guys ,
i've followed some tutorials and other threads by using Hotspot Shield and Tunnel bear to get the offers on US or whatever on Free4play free funds
yes i see the offers with different values
but when i click on 1 of offers which says ( sign up account ) ( download and install ) that what i do , i sign up or download and install but i don't get any funds !!
help ????

how exactly it works ?? the downloads & install offers ?? do i have to download and install it or just download and leave it
the register kind of works i think , i did like 20 offers and got bit over 1000 !!
how does this thing work ??
