Permission to post an executable

I have scanned the software in lots of online files scanners (check below).

My software downloads ROTMG client (it's a web browser based game, the software is coded to download the newest game client version) and after downloading it, the software modifies the client so it can be runned properly in client machine.

Any chance of you guys allow the software?

I can show the source to an experienced VB.NET moderator if is needed.

I dont see any reason to not allow my attachment since it's not infected.

- You can trace the connections that the software makes with the web and you guys are going to see that the software only request packets from the official ROTMG website.

- You can run it inside SandieBoxie, to check if the software changes any system file or anything on registry. It does not.

I have done all this before I deleted your thread, I know that it only downloads from the ROTMG site. It is a rule that programs aren't allowed to access the internet.

I don't have permission to overrule that rule.

You'd have to talk to Dave about that. I don't really get involved in coding matters. However the rule regarding internet connection is done for user safety. Could you perhaps add a link to the program where it launches the ROTMG site and checks for updates? The user can then download any updates manually, without the program doing it all for them. That way the rule can be upheld and you can have that feature.

It is not about showing that it is safe. I have checked the code and it seems okay, but it is a rule and you need to wait for Dave.
