This time, I'll be releasing the program, instead of just showing a preview.
Basically, it connects to the RCON and trys the password. (Bruteforce method)

This was coded in Visual Basic .net Console Application by me using visual studio 2012.

It's a rcon (Admin/Root password used for admin commands, server control, etc.) bruteforce tool for GTA San Andreas Multiplayer Mod.

If you're talking about the program options, its if you know what type of characters the password uses. If not, use 4. Note that this is an RCON password CRACKER, it gets the RCON password for you, admin privileges vary.
