Here is a hack me and mostly my freind made.

it comes with
Features:

Removals ->

NoRecoil ( no weapon kick )
NoFxDraw ( no rain, no snow , no effects while fireing etc. -> saves alot fps )
NoFog
NoFlashBang ( no shellshock )
NoPlayerRoll ( while sniping )

Aimbot:
NOTE: aimbot doesnt see players behind you!
AIMBOT DOES NOT AIM: if you have RPG ,nade ,granate launcher or C4 in your hands

AutoAim ( if Enemy Head is visible )
AutoFire ( Warning! its full auto fire mod not usefull for snipers.. enable stealth aim as sniper and chose a button to aim )
AutoZoom ( if Enemy Head is visible )
AimFov ( Field of Vision )
AimPrediction ( calculate player speed )
Aimvector ( 5 = middle head )
AimKey ( Aim on key press )
LockSensitivity ( change Sensitivity to 0.01 while the aimbot is aiming at enemy )
Sensitivity ( enter your value for Sensitivity.. this will set your sensitivity back if your not aiming at enemy default is 3.0 )

UnlockCheatCvars (unlock cheat protected console commands u can use cg_thirdperson , r_fullbright and many more)

FastStats:
Rank ( make a kill or an assists kill then type "reconnect" in console <- repeat that)
Gun ( same as Rank only with guns )

Stats Info ( see your full stats.. supports many more than cod4 menu stats :P)
KillSounds ( Q3 killsounds )
NameStealer ( ALL, ENEMYS and TEAM option )
NameSteal Interval / 1000 = 1 sec 2000 = 2 sec etc.
KillSpam ( drop a message after every headshot )

ESP ->
Esp Rank / Names / Meters ( only Enemys )
Esp Classes ( only Enemys )
Esp DebugBox ( if enemy is visible) ( only Enemys )
PlayerBoxes ( only Enemys )
if name esp is enabled you can see if a player is talking

Ini Reader/Writer ( will load your previous used settings and will save ur settings )
in game mouse controlled menu ( F1 Button ) to anvigate press Left Mouse and Right Mouse Button

Chams ->
PlayerChams ( friendly = green/blue and enemy = red/yellow )
WeaponChams ( Rad/Yellow )
HeliChams ( Red/Yellow )
Wireframe ( for all chams behind wall )

in virus total Go scan the handgunz.zip and it says 67% of the file is infected with virus!!!! DUN USE!!!!

Almost all hacks, cracks and keygens will scan positive as some form of malware, but that file is loaded...You want to cheat really bad and have plenty of money to fix your computer I guess to use something like that...For your information, you can scan files and get a report at www.virustotal.com

Why do people think this is fun or funny? Viruses Eff up ppls comps and make you look like a complete ass.
