I got banned, someone help me.....

I just got banned by GGC-Stream.
I cant join any servers which is running with PB

The error massage is
Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'MYNAME' (for 137 minutes) ... Cheater banned by GGC-Stream.com. Ban on GUID MYGUID. Contact GGC-Stream.com for details. [Admin Decision]
also another error massgage is
Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'MYNAME' (for 2 minutes) ... Violation (MULTIHACK) #71208

Here are the questions,
1. Are there any ways to unban except for re-buying BF3?
2. Why was I caught by PB? When I got banned, I just lanched PBSS blocker. I didn't launch any hacks at that time. so PBSS blocker was detected and PB banned me?
3. If I buy new BF3, do I have to create new Origin Account? Can I use my original origin account after re-purchase? cuz I dont wanna change my soldier
4. What does "137 minutes" and "2 minutes" mean?

I think you're banned forever.. people kept saying you'll get banned for 2 minutes forever and ever.. so I guess you gotta buy the game again. Look at the screens punkbuster got from me and I was using pbscreenshot blocker at the time. PBScreens.com :: Punk Buster Screenshots :: Player profil :: XxXokdudXxX .. Nametags and No spread are definitely detected in screens..

Search your Battlelog ID in the link I posted and see your screens.

1. Appeal? But i doubt so
2. PBSS was detected long time ago, its already considered hacking
3. New account, they wont let you keep your unlocks.
4. They refer to a length of time which is not relevant . I believe it's a permanent ban
