Windowed mode Combat ARMS EU On XP

in there theres a d3d9.dll
put it in combat arms and play in windowd mode!

i tried the .dll method but game crashes even before login screen p.s typing on a psp is fuckin slow :d

Let me save you some time. Without a hack it is impossible. I know a way to do it in cmd prompt but its patched nao.
